Booking & Reservations

Do I need a reservation to rent a motorcycle?
Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee availability, especially during busy travel periods.

Can I book same-day rentals?
Yes, same-day rentals are allowed when availability permits.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance for the best selection.

Do you offer long-term rentals?
Yes, we offer discounted long-term rental options based on availability.

Can I extend my rental after pickup?
Yes, extensions are allowed if the motorcycle is not already reserved.

What happens if I arrive late for pickup?
We allow a short grace period, but please call us if you are running late.  You return time will stay the same regardless of how late you pick up the motorcycle.

What happens if I don’t show up for my reservation?
This is a no show and the reservations is non-refundable as we hold the bike for the entire rental period and it is not able to be rented to someone else.

Are reservations refundable?
It depends upon where you booked your reservation.  Third party vendors have different rules.  Reservations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.  Any booking deposits made at the time of booking are non refundable.   A cancellation fee will apply 

Do you offer guided tours?
No, we specialize in self-guided adventures so you can ride at your own pace.

How long does pickup take?
Plan about 10 minutes for paperwork and orientation.

What are pickup hours?
Pickup is available from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Can I return the motorcycle after hours?
Yes, we offer 24-hour return via secure key drop.

Can I pick up early?
Early pickup may be available depending on availability.

Can someone else return the motorcycle?
No. The renter must return the motorcycle.

Can I switch motorcycles after booking?
Yes, if availability allows.  Fees may apply.

Are there late return fees?
Yes, late returns will incur additional charges.

What is the minimum age to rent a motorcycle?
Renters must be at least 21 years old.

Do I need a motorcycle license?
Yes, a valid motorcycle endorsement is required.

Can international visitors rent?
Yes, with a valid motorcycle license from their home country.

Do I need riding experience?
Yes. Rentals are for experienced riders only.

Can beginners rent motorcycles?
No, we do not provide riding lessons or beginner training.

Can I add an additional rider?
Yes, with proper license verification and fees.

Is a security deposit required?
Yes. Deposits will vary depending upon what platform you used to book and when vehicle you rented.

When is the security deposit charged?
The deposit is authorized at pickup.  It is a hold on your card, not a charge.

When is the deposit released?
It is released once the motorcycle is returned and inspected.

What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit cards are required for rentals.

Is insurance included?
Yes, liability insurance is included.

Do you offer damage protection?
Yes, optional damage waiver coverage is available.

What happens if the motorcycle is damaged?
Your deposit will immediately be captured.  Damage is handled according to the rental agreement and coverage selected.

What happens in an accident?
Follow the accident procedures in your rental agreement and contact us immediately.

What if the motorcycle breaks down?
Contact us right away and we will assist you.

Can passengers ride with me?
Yes, passengers are allowed on approved two-up motorcycles.

Are helmets provided?
Yes, DOT-approved helmets are included.

Can I ride anywhere on the island?
You may ride on all public paved roads.

Can I ride the Road to Hana?
Yes, but riding the backside of Hana is not permitted.

Can I take the motorcycle off-road?
No. Off-road riding is strictly prohibited.

Is there a mileage limit?
No, you have unlimited miles.

Can I ride at night?
Yes, night riding is allowed.

Do motorcycles come with a full tank?
Yes, motorcycles are provided with a full tank.

Do I need to return it full?
Yes, please return with a full tank or refueling fees apply.  you may also prepurchase fuel at the time of pickup.

Who pays for fuel during the rental?
Fuel during the rental is the renter’s responsibility.

What happens if it rains?
Rentals operate rain or shine unless there is a declared emergency.

What if there is a natural disaster or emergency?
Exceptions may apply if an official emergency is declared.

Do you provide riding gear?
Helmets are included. Additional gear may be available.

Do you offer phone mounts or accessories?
Accessories may be available for an additional fee at various locations.

Can I leave my car at your location?
Parking availability varies by location.

Can I take the motorcycle to another island?
No. Motorcycles must remain on the rental island.
